The Beginning

The beginning of our history was set in 1993, in the new political reality after 1989. From a teacher with a higher musical education, the owner and founder of Andromeda became a real estate broker. The first steps in the business and completion of a course for brokers at the Ruse Construction Exchange in 1993, led to the registration of Andromeda Sole Trader - Liliana Ivanova on May 11, 1994.

The Challenge

The beginning is difficult, fraught with challenges due to the political environment, uncertainty and lack of experience. However, the conditions and opportunities created for entrepreneurship in the private sector provide the impetus for expansion. Over the years, the company has formed its own experience and way of working, valuing the relationship with the client at every step of the process.

Training and Development

Participation in the industry organization National Association of Realtors opens the door to numerous training sessions with speakers from the U.S. and other countries. The exchange of experience and industry licensing in 1997, contributes to the professional growth of the team.

Our services

Andromeda operates in several main areas: property sales and purchases, property rental and management, market analysis and valuation, bank financing assistance, consultancy and much more.

Technology

We introduce advanced technologies to improve customer service. We have an information entry and advertising platform, specialized professional software, and are working to implement an MLS system with exclusive representation on a national level.
