If you submit your application, it is very likely that we will go through the following procedure together:
1. Reviewing the received applications every two weeks.
2. Telephone conversation with selected candidates - survey type.
3. Personal meeting with a presentation of the company and getting to know the candidate(s). Solving tests and filling out a questionnaire after the meeting. It is possible to assign homework at your discretion!
4. This step is the most important of all - an interview with discussion and clarification of details and essential questions! Here we will find out if we like each other and if we will embark on a 3 to 6 month adventure of getting to know each other and training!
5. Final approval (handshake + contract) and trial day if desired - based on an employment contract!
I will expect you to be proactive, creative, and prepared for the meeting with me, but also respectful towards me, the team, and our time!
P.S. We are looking for individuals who align with our mindset (way of thinking), and therefore we are not listing a series of requirements or advantages (experience in the field is not one of them, it's even somewhat counterproductive)!
